Tom Ferrando

Executive Board Chair

Ferrando brings to the role more than three decades of experience in government contracting. Most recently, he served as CEO of Salient CRGT, a world-class professional technology services company providing solutions to the federal government. In this role, he led nearly 2,000 employees who provided critical mission support to health, civilian, defense, and national security agencies. Ferrando currently serves as Chairman of the Board for PM Consulting Group, a member of the Board of Directors for GovCIO and CherryRoad Technologies, a government and commercial technology services firm he led for eight years, and advisory board member of the Nakupuna Companies. He also serves his alma mater, Seton Hall University, as a member of the advisory board for its Buccino Center Leadership Council.

Dave Yockman

Board Member

Dave Yockman is Chief Executive Officer of Edgewater Federal Solutions. Under his leadership, the company has expanded business to over 25 different Federal government organizations and increased annual revenue over $60M. Mr. Yockman has been instrumental in instituting industry best practices and processes for Edgewater and its customers including ISO 9001, 27001, and 20000-1 certifications, and CMMI Level 3 DEV/SVC appraisals. Prior to joining Edgewater, he was a federal project engineer responsible several technically complex $100 million engineering projects for the Department of Energy. Mr. Yockman holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Virginia Tech and Master of Science in environmental engineering from the University of Maryland.

She has worked in federal and state government environments for over 20 years, managing multiple government contracts while developing Edgewater’s back-office infrastructure. She strives to foster a culture grounded in collaboration, excellence, individual growth and respect for the contributions of every team member.

Jermon Bafaty

Board Member

Jermon Bafaty is the Founder and CEO of Platinum Technologies (PT78), a Public Sector Digital and IT Professional Services firm which implements integrated solutions that reduce the disruption risk and increase mission impact for High Service Profile Environments. Most recently, Jermon was the Vice President, Growth for the Health and Life Sciences Sector at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). His responsibilities included oversight for all business development, strategy and growth for a $1B operational unit. Prior to GDIT, Jermon held increasingly responsible profit and loss (P&L) and growth assignments at Lockheed Martin Corporation in the areas of national security, defense and federal health.
