Tom Ferrando

Chief Executive Officer

Ferrando brings to the role more than three decades of experience in government contracting. Most recently, he served as CEO of Salient CRGT, a world-class professional technology services company providing solutions to the federal government. In this role, he led nearly 2,000 employees who provided critical mission support to health, civilian, defense, and national security agencies. Ferrando currently serves as Chairman of the Board for PM Consulting Group, a member of the Board of Directors for GovCIO and CherryRoad Technologies, a government and commercial technology services firm he led for eight years, and advisory board member of the Nakupuna Companies. He also serves his alma mater, Seton Hall University, as a member of the advisory board for its Buccino Center Leadership Council.

Andrea Snader

Sector President, Health & Defense

Andrea Snader just joined Edgewater from ICF where she led business development activities for health and defense within ICF’s digital modernization division. During her tenure, she created a new low code practice (Unqork), selling the first implementation of Unqork within the federal government and also sold ICF’s first implementation of a digital service center within the Defense Department.  During her career, Ms. Snader has secured more than $400M in contract awards within white space accounts to include the Defense Health Agency, Health and Human Services, and United States Air Force. Among the many industry-specific councils she supports are the AFCEA and Professional Services Council. Ms. Snader earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from GMU.

Lorelie Yockman

Chief Administrative Officer

Lorelie Yockman is the Chief Administrative Officer of Edgewater Federal Solutions. She has worked in federal and state government environments for over 20 years, managing multiple government contracts while developing Edgewater’s back-office infrastructure. She strives to foster a culture grounded in collaboration, excellence, individual growth and respect for the contributions of every team member.

Bob Amani

Chief Transformation Officer

Serving as Edgewater’s Chief Transformation Officer, Bob Amani has over 25 years of experience successfully driving results by collaborating directly with business and technology leaders to solve their most pressing issues. At Edgewater, Bob leads our capability areas that deliver end value to our customers through collaboration, innovation, digital solutions, and strategic alignment. With a focus on engaging closely with the customer, Bob’s mission is to assemble solutions, services, and products that meet customer needs today and in the future. Bob’s experience includes strategy & transformation lead roles at Accenture, and working as the client consuming services. Bob holds certifications in PMP, ITIL 4, SAFe 6 Agilist, Enterprise Architecture FEAC, Lean Six Sigma, TBM, and CSM.

Brian Carr

Chief Financial Officer

Brian Carr has 20 years of experience in Government Contracting leading finance, pricing, and capture organizations. In his role as CFO, he is responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A); budgeting and forecasting; corporate reporting; and the development of pricing strategies. Prior to Edgewater, he led FP&A for the $250M National Security Sector at GovCIO and Pricing at Cognosante where new business wins more than doubled the company’s revenue. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in finance from James Madison University and a certificate in accounting from the University of Virginia.
