Richard Yockman

Founder

Richard Yockman founded Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. in 2002. As Chairman of Edgewater Federal Solutions’ Board of Directors, he guides overall strategic planning activities. His deep commitment to Edgewater’s employees and the high standard of service provided is reflected in the company’s motto, “Our People… Your Edge.”

Tom Ferrando

Chief Executive Officer

Ferrando brings to the role more than three decades of experience in government contracting. Most recently, he served as CEO of Salient CRGT, a world-class professional technology services company providing solutions to the federal government. In this role, he led nearly 2,000 employees who provided critical mission support to health, civilian, defense, and national security agencies. Ferrando currently serves as Chairman of the Board for PM Consulting Group, a member of the Board of Directors for GovCIO and CherryRoad Technologies, a government and commercial technology services firm he led for eight years, and advisory board member of the Nakupuna Companies. He also serves his alma mater, Seton Hall University, as a member of the advisory board for its Buccino Center Leadership Council.

Bob Amani

Chief Transformation Officer

Serving as Edgewater’s Chief Transformation Officer, Bob Amani has over 25 years of experience successfully driving results by collaborating directly with business and technology leaders to solve their most pressing issues. At Edgewater, Bob leads our capability areas that deliver end value to our customers through collaboration, innovation, digital solutions, and strategic alignment. With a focus on engaging closely with the customer, Bob’s mission is to assemble solutions, services, and products that meet customer needs today and in the future. Bob’s experience includes strategy & transformation lead roles at Accenture, and working as the client consuming services. Bob holds certifications in PMP, ITIL 4, SAFe 6 Agilist, Enterprise Architecture FEAC, Lean Six Sigma, TBM, and CSM.

Shaun Poulton

Chief Technology Officer

Shaun Poulton is the Chief Technology Officer of Edgewater Federal Solutions where he drives technology vision, innovation, and strategies in support of customer mission success and Edgewater’s growth initiatives. As a tech company CTO, corporate CIO, and Edgewater’s former COO, Shaun has built and led IT services organizations in delivering enterprise business and technology solutions to global organizations like Black & Decker, Johns Hopkins University, Merck, and federal and state government. Shaun also holds patents for his work on cloud-based and mission-critical software products.

Hank Jackson

Chief Operating Officer

Hank Jackson, Chief Operating Officer, joined Edgewater Federal Solutions in 2021. In this role, he provides leadership and management support for technology solutions, projects, processes, and strategic vendor relationships. Hank has a passion for technology, innovation, and efficiency. He brings over 25 years of technical and management expertise to Edgewater. Hank has a B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Brian Carr

Chief Financial Officer

Brian Carr has 20 years of experience in Government Contracting leading finance, pricing, and capture organizations. In his role as CFO, he is responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A); budgeting and forecasting; corporate reporting; and the development of pricing strategies. Prior to Edgewater, he led FP&A for the $250M National Security Sector at GovCIO and Pricing at Cognosante where new business wins more than doubled the company’s revenue. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in finance from James Madison University and a certificate in accounting from the University of Virginia.

Chris Christianson

Chief Information Security Officer

Chris Christianson in Edgewater's Chief Information Security Officer. Chris brings over 20 years of expertise in cyber and business leadership, encompassing cyber strategy and operations, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), as well as the development and delivery of cyber capabilities and services. Chris holds several industry certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) and was an NSA/USCC certified Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA) and Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) while serving in the Intelligence Community. He is also a graduate of the Army Management Staff College and holds an MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University and a bachelor’s degree from American Military University.

Warren Huffer joined Edgewater Federal Solutions in 2011 and, a year later, took over the role of Client Services Director. Prior to joining the company, Warren had 40 years of service with the federal government that included six years as a member of the federal government’s Senior Executive Service as the Department of Energy Chief Financial Officer’s Director of Corporate Systems.

Phil brings over a decade of experience optimizing service delivery for federal clients, consistently designing and implementing scalable solutions that support our customers' missions. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have driven significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across various projects. A graduate of Colorado State University with a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership, Phil possesses a strong foundation in leading curious and collaborative teams towards achieving organizational goals. Phil is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds certifications in various IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies, including ITIL and Agile.

Mike Hall

Vice President, Proposals

Mike Hall, Vice President (Proposals), joined Edgewater Federal Solutions in 2020 with a focus on extending the company’s existing proposal support efforts. In this role, he specializes in cradle-to-grave proposal management to include the production of tailored proposal management plans, strategies to secure opportunities, and tactical planning activities focused on compliance and competitive posture. Mike has a B.S. from Bloomsburg University, M.B.A. from the University of Albany, and is a Certified Enterprise Architect from the FEAC Institute. Outside of Edgewater, Mike enjoys teaching; having served as a part-time instructor at Syracuse University and Carnegie Mellon University where he taught Masters-level Enterprise Architecture, Financial Management, and Federal Government courses.

Lusine Veloso

Controller

Lusine Veloso is an accounting professional and Edgewater Federal Solutions’ Controller. Prior to joining the company in 2017, she served as a public accountant for nonprofit organizations. Lusine earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in accounting and finance and is currently pursuing her CPA license.

Dave Kalman

Contracts Director

Dave Kalman is Edgewater Federal Solutions’ Contracts Director. Prior to joining the company, he maintained contractual oversight of contractors supporting and restoring national landmarks (including the Arlington National Cemetery) while on active duty with the U.S. Army. He maintains the company’s General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules and oversees contractual documentation for all open and closed contracts in the company to ensure compliance.

Stephanie is an experienced HR Professional with 25+ years of experience in managing a full spectrum of human resource programs, aligning strategic business initiatives, and leveraging organizational partnerships to meet the mission of the business. She joins Edgewater Federal Solutions in the new role of Director HR Business Partner and will leverage her HR and leadership experience, along with her government contracting background, to build a new HR business model for the organization. Elias Agritellis

Quality Assurance Director

Elias Agritellis has over 20 years of experience in process engineering and improvement methodologies developed as a software engineer and consultant for best practices. Since 2010, Elias has helped nearly 70 organizations to implement and certify to ISO, CMMI, NIST, and CMMC models while ensuring client ownership and a culture of process improvement and compliance. In 2021, Elias took on the role of Edgewater’s QA Coordinator. As an ASQ® Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, ASQ® Certified Quality Auditor, and a CMMI® v2 Associate his responsibilities include coordination and oversight of the ISO and CMMI-compliant Enterprise Management System as well as organizational process improvement efforts.
