FREDERICK, Md. (April 18, 2024) — Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. (Edgewater), a leading IT services federal contractor, announces that it was awarded a position on the fifth U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) Omnibus Procurement (EOP V) vehicle by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This is a 10-year, $900 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle.

Under this contract, Edgewater will assist EIA with the development, management, operations, and maintenance of the agency’s energy data collection programs and systems. The company will also support the fulfillment of U.S. and international energy models for forecasting and performing energy-related analyses, and dissemination of results with stakeholders.

“Since 2017, Edgewater has supported EIA with the modernization of its energy survey process lifecycle and advised agency leaders on where to streamline business operations for improved vision alignment. Edgewater is deeply invested in EIA’s success, and we look forward to continuing to support their mission for the next 10 years,” said Dave Yockman, Edgewater’s CEO.

As the nation’s leading source of energy information, EIA’s mission is to collect, analyze, and distribute independent and impartial energy information to promote policymaking, efficient markets, and public understanding of energy and its interaction with the economy and the environment.
