FREDERICK, Md. (April 1, 2024) — Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. (Edgewater) is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Carr to the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he will oversee the accounting, finance, and pricing departments, and lead merger and acquisition (M&A) activities.
Carr joined Edgewater in August 2022 as the Vice President of Finance. With over 20 years of experience in the Federal IT Services sector, he previously held leadership roles in finance, capture, and pricing at GovCIO, Salient CRGT, and Cognosante.

Carr received his bachelor’s in finance from James Madison University and an undergraduate certificate in accounting from the University of Virginia.
