Frederick, Md. (August 8, 2024) – Today, Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. (Edgewater) proudly announces the promotion of Phillip Lopez to Vice President of Client Services and General Manager of the company’s joint venture, Encantado Technical Solutions, LLC.
Lopez brings over a decade of experience optimizing service delivery for federal clients, consistently designing and implementing scalable solutions that support our customers’ missions. Before joining Edgewater in 2021, Lopez was an IT and program management leader at Belcan and The Kemtah Group.

A graduate of Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, Lopez possesses a strong foundation in leading curious and collaborative teams towards achieving organizational goals. Lopez is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds certifications in various IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies, including ITIL and Agile.
