FREDERICK, Md. (August 3rd, 2026) Edgewater Federal Solutions, a leading provider of advanced technology and mission support services to federal agencies, today announced that it has been named an OpenAI Select Partner within the OpenAI Partner Network.

The OpenAI Partner Network is a global program for partners to build, sell, and deliver AI solutions with OpenAI. It brings together partners with deep industry expertise, delivery capabilities, and customer relationships while providing the resources and support needed to help organizations adopt OpenAI frontier models and products and turn them into measurable impact.

As an OpenAI Select Partner, Edgewater will continue working with OpenAI to help organizations build, deploy, and scale AI solutions responsibly and effectively. This work will help organizations get more useful work from every token and stronger performance per dollar with GPT‑5.6, while using ChatGPT Work to turn ambitious goals into finished work. Through years of investment in AI-powered innovation and the early adoption of OpenAI technologies, Edgewater has helped federal agencies improve information management, accelerate reporting, enhance information discovery, and unlock actionable insights from enterprise data.

“Federal agencies are increasingly looking for trusted partners who can help them responsibly adopt and operationalize artificial intelligence,” said Haider Haimus, Sector President at Edgewater Federal Solutions. “Our partnership with OpenAI enables us to combine frontier AI capabilities with our deep understanding of federal missions, governance requirements, and operational environments. Together, we’re helping customers move beyond experimentation to deliver measurable mission impact.”

Edgewater supports federal agencies across energy, healthcare, law enforcement, national security, and research missions through advanced technology, cybersecurity, data, and mission-support services. Solutions such as EdgeScanAI and Intercept demonstrate how Edgewater is transforming AI innovation into practical capabilities that help agencies modernize legacy processes, strengthen operational awareness, and make better-informed decisions.

EdgeScanAI accelerates records modernization through AI-enabled digitization, sensitivity review, and secure release workflows, while Intercept helps organizations gain rapid visibility into external cyber risk and exposure.

Looking ahead, Edgewater plans to continue enhancing its portfolio of AI-enabled offerings, developing new mission-focused capabilities, and expanding customer adoption of solutions that combine OpenAI technologies with deep federal expertise.

These investments will help customers translate AI innovation into practical outcomes that strengthen decision-making, improve operational effectiveness, and support mission success.
