The Challenge:

Leaders agreed that it was time to retire their Transformation system and upgrade it to a platform that would be more flexible in developing robust, reliable collection systems with lower operating and maintenance costs.

The Solution:

To fully meet the needs of the organization, Edgewater and its partners worked with the client to create and continuously roll out a modernized data system. This system included the following:

This large project required Edgewater’s expertise and diligent communication between members of our Systems Engineering team and various offices.

The Outcome:

In February 2022, the Office of Survey Operations launched the first cycle of the modernized platform and decommissioned the transformation platform after a successful kick off. While there are still many legacy survey forms and systems to migrate to the modernized platform, completing the system development is a huge milestone in this project.

Our People…Your Edge

We didn’t create our outstanding team by accident.

Our advantage comes from a consistent focus on attracting highly talented and dedicated people – and a commitment to honoring and empowering them so that they stay. With meaningful work and industry-leading training, compensation, and benefits, Edgewater careers are enviable so that our people are our edge.

They’ve gone above and beyond my expectations of a company.  They recognize me as a valuable person, not just an employee.  They recognize and reward people for outstanding performance, and let us know we’re an important part of the team by sending personal notes on birthdays and anniversaries.
